I can’t say enough Great things about this tire shop. From the moment I walked in I was treated with professionalism kindness, and genuine care. They diagnose the issue and quickly explained everything Clearly and got straight to work. What really stood out was how fast they handled the repair without cutting corners. the team worked efficiently while still making sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a place that Combines speed with quality, but they absolutely delivered. Their customer service was next level. They answered all my questions made me feel comfortable, and never once tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable honest and efficient tire shop. This is the place to go. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back for any future tire needs.

Melissa C. and Jon (in the field) are efficient, helpful, honest and responsive. Melissa has always been especially communicative, and we appreciate her knowledge and do-it-all attitude. We've purchased numerous sets of tires for our work trucks over the years from Purcell in Belgrade and highly recommend them!

I recently called and spoke to Melissa while I was investigating snow tires for my elderly father. She was so extremely helpful! She went out of her way sending pictures and different options and pricing without pushing the sale or overloading me with information I wouldn't be able to understand (being a girl not used to snow or the need for snow tires). She took the necessary time to make sure I was comfortable with the information and all my questions were answered so that my father would be safe driving for his winter in Montana. Thank you Melissa!! I hope Purcell knows what a valuable asset she is to have as a representative of their company!
